We’re Kristina + Olivia.
Before we stepped into spiritual healing work, both of us held corporate leadership roles.
Much of our personal transformation has been in the reclamation of our authority and authentic expression while leading soulful businesses.
At the root of our retreats is something ancient.
For thousands of years, rites marked the moments for individuals when they stepped into a powerful new role. Through intentional healing space and ceremony, people took the time to meet themselves in a way they couldn’t access before.
They returned transformed — in a new, embodied expression.
That’s why we created Rite of Origin.
We’re working with people who are ready to access new parts of themselves.
Rooted in ancient traditions from Delphi and Egyptian mystery schools, Rite of Origin guides you through a process of remembering who you are, clearing distortion, and returning to your life aligned in both your human and divine nature.
Meet Kristina
Hello, I'm Kristina -- an intuitive healer and teacher in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
My journey into the world of energy work began after my own (intense!) spiritual awakening. I worked in corporate advertising as a brand strategist for years and had reached burnout. I craved a deeper way to connect to the Divine. I wanted to learn everything about spirituality. I dove deep into ancient practices to calm my mind as well as help me remember who I AM at my core, and what I came here to do on this earth.
I sought deep education in various spiritual healing practices that shifted my way of thinking about myself: meditation, the archetypal system of Tarot, shamanism, energy healing, theology, astrology, breathwork and more.
I've been deeply sensitive and intuitive since I was a child, but I had become disconnected from this. My mentors helped me increase my natural clairvoyance and clairaudience, and I use these skills in service to others now.
I consider what I offer to be "soul strategy" - where intelligence and intuition intersect, and ancient spiritual tools are used with real-world coaching techniques. I offer spiritual sessions with tarot, astrology/natal chart readings, tea leaf readings and deep shamanic energy healing.
I've been attuned in reiki and the Munay-ki shamanic healing practice, and I've been teaching tarot, astrology and meditation since 2021. I'm honored to work with you!
Meet Olivia
Hello! I am glad you are here.
I am Olivia Flood, Owner of The Awakened Alchemy. I am a healer, a seeker, a mystic and an alchemist.
I hold loving space for others to explore their connection to spirit through cultivating awareness and connection to the self. Much of my personal healing journey has revolved around embodiment, regulation and co-creation and I aim to help others do the same through my work.
I value the notion that all healing is self-healing and empower those whom I work with to claim their unique path and most authentic self. I act as a gentle guide, a spaceholder and a witness to those navigating a healing journey. I’m passionate about making healing simple, accessible and adaptable and am easily able to meet others exactly where they are in their personal reckoning.
My private work, practices, ceremonies, events and classes are rooted in grounded, earth-based wisdom, modern healing practices and my vast studies of the occult and esoteric tradition. Studies include but are not limited to Healing Touch, Ayurvedic/Vedic tradition, Tea Ceremony, Buddhism, Hermeticism, Daoism and Quantum Healing.
In working with me, one can expect grounded, simple practices that gently open the heart and the gateway to spirit. I often blend energy healing, mindfulness, yoga, somatic movement, plant healing, ceremony and more with deep intention and an open heart.
